  4. I MAKE MY AVAILABILITY AND GIVING A FAST RESPONSE A PRIORITY! I work very hard to answer calls immediately, make myself available including weekends & after office hours, and most importantly attend to last-minute showing requests. This is basic but it is vital!
  5. I WILL BE THE EXPERT GUIDE GIVING THE TOUR DURING ALL SHOWINGS. Many realtors just leave the keys in a lockbox downstairs and many real estate offices just hold the keys for pickup or have any available agent at the time show the unit during office hours. BUT, AT THE END OF THE DAY, WHAT REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE IS THE TYPE OF SHOWING, THE AGENT’S TRUE AVAILABILITY, HIS KNOWLEDGE, HIS FEEDBACK TO YOU, HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND OVERALL STRATEGY. YOUR UNIT’S ADVANTAGES  NEED TO BE HIGHLIGHTED AND SHOWN TO ALL BUYERS.

YOUR OBJECTIVE SHOULD NOT ONLY BE TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF SHOWING APPOINTMENTS, BUT TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF THOSE SHOWINGS.
